The markets most extensive leadership program for aspirational leaders and specialists. The program aims to equip a new generation of leaders and companies with a modern approach where commitment, flexibility, sustainability, and constant reskilling are key concepts.  

At Novare Leadership Academy, we work with companies that are curious and open to allow their future leaders to make a difference, contribute with new tools and ideas, and to ensure that these individuals’ leadership capacities are exploited to the fullest.

The participant gets new knowledge to apply directly in the work, through interactive exercises, hands-on tools and fruitful discussions. The program inspires and develop future talents through the latest tools within self-leadership, leadership, organizational development, and business management.

The participant will develop personal leadership to create power and energy in the operational and strategic work. Furthermore, keys to link vision and strategy to business and results and build sustainable organisations with commitment, energy and inspiration.  

After the program the participants have a solid toolbox to create a clear direction forward and drive change in an increasingly changing world.
