Novare Leadership Academy has been entrusted with running Forum Novare since 2002, when the program was initiated to reinforce relationships and know-how between prominent leaders in the Wallenberg Sphere.

The program is tailored based on the global agenda, focusing on opportunities and challenges and will give participants new knowledge and sustainable perspectives on business strategy, change, result focus and self-leadership. We mix workshops, experience exchange, and reflection among the group and informal discussions.

We invite high profile leaders and other highly respected experts to each module. Through personal dialogues, sharp discussions and a unique exchange of experiences, the participants gain new knowledge and inspiration.
